Over the last few years, its4me has been recognised by insurance professionals and the
media alike.
Our team won The Daily Telegraph/Energis Customer Service Awards for 2001, the UK's most prestigious
award for customer service. When running a business online it is important that we inspire confidence
in our customers by showing them that we are ready, working and waiting to hear from them.
Also in 2001, its4me was named Cybermediary of the Year at the Insurance Age Awards. This award is
open to all insurance brokers registered in the UK and attracts fierce competition from many of the
UK's leading insurance companies. In 2001, the competition drew a record number of entries, which
made us even more proud of our achievement.
The comments from our judges were: 'What is most impressive about its4me is it never fails to take
into account customer involvement in the sale process... its4me has proved that it is possible to
create a real, complete business out of a website and this makes it Cybermediary of the Year.
Definitely a tough act to follow.'
2002 was another good year for its4me as far as awards go, beating the AA at the British Insurance
Awards 2002 to win The E-Business Award. Nominated amongst such household motor insurance names as
Norwich Union, Direct Line, Legal & General and the AA, its4me were delighted to take the title, as
we were runners up in this category the year before.
