We try to make the renewal process as easy as possible for our customers. You should not have to
complete a new quote or provide us with any extra information, providing none of your personal or
vehicle details have changed.
We will send a renewal invitation to you by post 21 days before your renewal is due. If you pay for your
policy annually, you must give us a call on 0870 0130 613 and let us know that
you would like to renew your policy. You can then pay by credit or debit card over the telephone.
If you take advantage of our monthly direct debit payments, you do not need to do anything. Your
cover will automatically continue.
To continue to provide the lowest cost cover, it may be necessary for us to offer you a policy with
a different insurer. This may happen if your current insurer cannot offer a renewal or if we feel
that their renewal quote is uncompetitive.
Where this is the case, we will write to you with details of the new policy and you will need to
contact us to make the purchase or set up your monthly payments.
